The cost of our fitness classes can vary depending on the type of class and membership options. Generally most single classes cost £6.50.

The class numbers can vary throughout the year but the room used is set to a 20 person capacity.

Of course! we welcome new faces all the time. The classes are taught in a style of offering high and low options so there should be an alternative or modification to suit your ability. Please contact directly if you have any health conditions that could be made worse by exercise as you are likely to have permission from a GP to take part.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, as we are located in a school there is plenty of parking on site - we use the allocated parking and playground areas.
